Cancellation & No-Show Policy At ShyGlam, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best service to all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, the following policy is in place: Booking & Deposit Requirement A valid card is required at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the scheduled service total will be charged at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. * Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your 25% deposit. * Same-day cancellations may be subject to additional fees at our discretion. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service total (100% including the deposit). Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. Full service charges will still apply. If you are significantly late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. Repeat Cancellations/No-Shows Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay in full at the time of booking to secure future appointments.
